    Download the PDF Applications

    Once you have installed Acrobat 9 you can download the Dagmusic Application forms. You need to complete both forms to apply.

    What to Send

    Save both forms to your computer desktop. Clicking the "send" button on the application form will not send the application, but will allow you to save it on your desktop or attach to an email. Please check you are attach the following:

    • Both PDF application forms
    • At least 2 photos (JPG only - naming convention: First Lastname Photo01.JPG)
    • DO NOT send huge photos! they will only bounce... try to aim between 300-700 pixels in size.
    • Always include your contact number in the email
    • If this casting requires an MP3, YouTube link, MP4 please attach these too.

Everyone who wishes to audition must submit TWO application forms and TWO recent Photos in advance of ANY auditon. We will not accept information or auditioners on a walk-in basis.

Cute kids (4-8 years) for Olympic Games Newspaper ad

We are looking for 10 kids between the ages 4-8, for an Olympic Games Japanese newspaper advertising campaign.

Photo Selection, Audition & Shooting Dates

  • Photo selection: SEND AT LEAST 2 PHOTOS! (deadline Tuesday February 9, 9AM). No photo means no chance of selection! (See the "How to apply for Casting Opportunities" section and download the appropriate forms.)
  • Audition (2) - Wednesday February 10, (pm), In central Tokyo.
  • Shooting - one whole day, February 13, (Saturday). You MUST be available to apply!

Guarantee & Expenses

  • ¥27,000 p/kid (after tax)
  • Transportation is not covered

Restrictions / Notifications

  • Any Nationality welcome!
  • Must look between 4-8 years old
  • Must state your nationality in the application form. (If multiple, please indicate all nationalities)
  • Photos are very important. We need at least two photos. Recent photos! See the requirements for the photo image
  • The advertisement is for a newspaper ad campaign
  • Setting: Olympics Games crossover between Winter Games (Canada) & Summer Games (England)

Requirements: 5 Rural Looking Kids

  • Photo Image: rural, countryside dweller, think winter Olympics for the season!
  • If possible please submit a photos dressed as a countryside resident

Requirements: 5 Urban Looking Kids

  • Photo Image: urban, city, think summer Olympics for the season!
  • If possible please submit a photos dressed as an urban resident

We are looking for 4 female and 7 male airline passengers, ideally between 30-50 years of age for a print advertsing campaign. Many people are required so please tell your friends!

We are looking for fashion model girls (16-25) and a macho man, with a body builder type figure for a print & web ad campaign.

Audition & Shooting Dates

  • Audition (1) - the first stage is an application audition (deadline Tuesday February 2, 10AM). SEND AT LEAST 2 PHOTOS! No photo means no chance of selection! (See the "How to apply for Casting Opportunities" section and download the appropriate forms.)
  • Audition (2) - Wednesday February 3, from 13.00 to early evening, In central Tokyo.
  • Shooting - one whole day, pending for February 14 (Sunday) 2010. You MUST be available to apply!

  • Fashion model looking girls (2 girls needed) ¥100,000 p/person (after tax)
  • Macho Man (1 person needed) ¥27,000 p/person (after tax)

Requirements: Fashion model girl

  • This part requires the arms of the macho man to be wrapped around your body
  • You must look between 16-25!
  • Any type of fashion model look is acceptable; super model, cute, girl next door
  • Caucasian OR part Japanese is OK
  • Photo Image: well-dressed, stylish, chic, fashionable, elegant, neat, intelligent looking, upper class
  • If you are under 18, you need your parent's permission to apply

Requirements: Macho Man

  • Only your chest/arms will be advertised
  • You will be required to wrap your arms around the female model
  • Any gender/nationality is welcome to apply - this includes Japanese
  • Photo Image: a body builder, manly and butch
  • There are no age restrictions!

We are looking for cute girls in bikinis and cool looking people to pose as street dancers for a drinks commercial.

Audition & Shooting Dates

  • Audition (1) - the first stage is an application audition (deadline Monday February 1, 10AM). SEND AT LEAST 2 PHOTOS! No photo means no chance of selection! (See the "How to apply for Casting Opportunities" section and download the appropriate forms.)
  • Audition (2) - Tuesday February 2, time TBC (possibly pm), In central Tokyo.
  • Shooting - one whole day, pending for February 22 (Monday) 2010. You MUST be available to apply!

  • Bikini Girl (2 girls needed) ¥80,000 p/person (after tax)
  • Cool People (3 people needed) ¥40,000 p/person (after tax)

Restrictions

  • You must be over 20 to apply!

  • This CM may include alcohol
  • You must be available for the audition AND shooting
  • Photos are very important. We need at least two photos. Recent photos!
  • NO previous TV CM work with a drinks/health food company AND currently work for a drinks/health food company. If you have previous experience with other TV CMs please list in your application
  • The advertisement is for ALL media: TV, print, web

Requirements: Bikini Girls

  • You must look between 20-30!
  • A healthy complexion and good figure is preferred
  • Caucasian, preferably with blonde hair is preferred but NOT essential
  • The CM is based on a Hawaiian beach setting, think sun, sand and lots of fun!!
  • You must possess a bikini. Ideally photos submitted would be in your bikini.

Requirements: Cool People

  • You must look between 20-30!
  • Any gender/nationality is welcome to apply
  • We want a street dancer IMAGE. Being able to street dance is not essential, but you have to LOOK the part
  • ideally photos submitted will convey a street dancer image- this INCREASES your audition selection chances
