Additional notice

Dagmusic casting is intended for artists who can work directly with Dagmusic and attend auditions and shootings independent of their management. You can rely on Dagmusic staff to look after you. Please do not involve your management agency or any other company. We deal directly with the artist.

   Once you have installed Acrobat 9 you can download the Dagmusic Application forms. You need to complete both forms to apply.

   What to Send

   Save both forms to your computer desktop. Clicking the "send" button on the application form will not send the application, but will allow you to save it on your desktop or attach to an email. Please check you are attach the following:

   • Both PDF application forms
   • At least 2 photos (JPG only - naming convention: First Lastname Photo01.JPG)
   • DO NOT send huge photos! they will only bounce... try to aim between 300-700 pixels in size.
   • Always include your contact number in the email
   • If this casting requires an MP3, YouTube link, MP4 please attach these too.

Everyone who wishes to audition must submit TWO application forms and TWO recent Photos in advance of ANY auditon. We will not accept information or auditioners on a walk-in basis.

• Photo selection: SEND AT LEAST 2 PHOTOS IN BUSINESS SUIT! March 5 (Friday) at 11AM. No photo means no chance of selection! (See the "How to apply for Casting Opportunities" section and download the appropriate forms.)
• Audition - Saturday March 6 or Sunday March 7, time TBC. In central Tokyo location
• Shooting - pending for one whole day between the dates March 12 (Friday) to March 15 (Monday)

You MUST be available for the shooting and audition dates! DO NOT apply if you cannot!!!!!

Guarantee & Expenses

• ¥35,000 (after tax) p/person. This project will be great exposure!
• Transportation is not covered

Requirements: Business Man/Woman

• You must be able to read Hiragana (script is in English/Japanese)
• We are looking for the following nationalities: African American, Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian (Non Japanese only). Must state Nationality on application form
• You must look between 30-50
• You must be clean shaven
• Please state previous advertising experience on application form
• Photo Image: business suit, smart, clean shaven, neat, tidy
• If possible please submit a good photo NOT a snap shot from your mobile! Our advice is to take the photo in good lighting against a white or neutral coloured wall. Try holding a suitcase or mobile phone in various poses

Restrictions / Notifications

• You must have a valid visa
• You must be available for shooting AND all events!
• Photos are very important. We need at least two photos. Recent photos!
• The advertisement is for web use, for a period of 3 years
• Setting: a business environment, think white clean space in an office

Requirements: Male Model

• You must be able to speak Japanese to a conversational level (JLPT 3 or above)
• Please state previous TV CM, advertising campaign work for any of the following: dairy products, desert, any kind of drinks - must write on application form!!
• You must look between 18-35
• Caucasian
• Photo Image: cool guy, attractive, smart, handsome
• If possible please submit a good photo NOT a snap shot from your mobile! Our advice is to take the photo in good lighting against a white or neutral coloured wall. Try holding a drinks bottle in various poses!

Restrictions / Notifications

• You must have a valid visa
• You must be available for shooting AND all events!
• Photos are very important. We need at least two photos. Recent photos!
• The advertisement is for print use
• Setting: a photo studio, and then subsequent events held around Tokyo. One is outside the Shibuya 109 building!

• If you are under 18, you need your parent's permission to apply

Requirements: Macho Man

• Only your chest/arms will be advertised
• You will be required to wrap your arms around the female model

Requirements: Bikini Girls

• You must look between 20-30!
• A healthy complexion and good figure is preferred
• Caucasian, preferably with blonde hair is preferred but NOT essential
• The CM is based on a Hawaiian beach setting, think sun, sand and lots of fun!!
• You must possess a bikini. Ideally photos submitted would be in your bikini.

Requirements: Cool People

• You must look between 20-30!
• Any gender/nationality is welcome to apply
• We want a street dancer IMAGE. Being able to street dance is not essential, but you have to LOOK the part
• ideally photos submitted will convey a street dancer image- this INCREASES your audition selection chances
